How Zoom@Home SMS CallBack System Call Me:

1. From any GSM handset, send an SMS (text) message to Zoom@Home SMS Access No.

Acceptable SMS text format for callback request (not case sensitive)

2. Zoom@Home SMS Gateway authenticates your PIN NUMBER , checks your Account Balance and remaining Talk Time.

3. Zoom@Home SMS Gateway instructs our Telephony gateway to call FIRST NUMBER.
(Call Leg 1)

4. Zoom@Home SMS Gateway instructs Telephony gateway to call SECOND NUMBER.
(Call Leg 2)

5. Both the Call legs are connected for voice communication.

Our SMS Exclusive Callback service allows you to also check your Account Balance from anywhere at anytime for a small fee of 25 cents

Customer simply sends an SMS to our SMS Gateway. The SMS Gateway will check the Account Balance and send an SMS back to the cutomer with the balance amount.
